Our Technical Support Team is highly qualified, well experienced and factory trained. Periodically our Technical Support Staff also attend refresher training courses, conducted by our partners overseas.
In our workshops, we have invested heavily in the latest chest of tools and gadgets, to ensure the fastest turn around, when carrying out diagnosis and repairs.
In addition, all products available from Standard Global Communications, are covered by a 12 month warranty and guaranteed back-up spares, for up to 10 years.
Customers can choose to sign up, with maintenance Service Level Agreement, ensuring seamless provision of technical support, when required.
General Maintenance
Standard Global Communications sets up your Telecoms and Electronic Security systems diligently from the onset. Our friendly technicians will visit the site and install your systems and make sure everything works. Additionally, our Technical Support Team will conduct user training free of charge, equipping our clients with the knowhow, on how to use the equipment at optimum level.
Repair Center
Standard Global Communications’ modern repair centre has qualified, and experienced well trained Support Staff committed to provide the highest quality of repair work, up to component level. We stock an extensive range of spare parts ensuring a quick turnaround to all repair works. Repairs are undertaken on both under the warranty or non – warranty slot. Our customers receive all these value added services timeously, at reasonable rates and to their satisfaction!
