Standard Global Communications, a market leader Telecoms and Electronic Security company, wishes to recruit a mature, ambitious, dynamic and innovative individuals as Technical Business Development Manager for Telecoms and Electronic Security Business solution.

These include:

Telecoms: Enterprise Unified Communication Solutions, IP-PBXs, Call Centres, Advert-on-Hold, Voice Loggers, GSM and VoIP Gateways and an extensive range of Value Added Telecoms services.

Electronic Security: Access Control, Time Attendance and CCTV solutions.

The job entails creating business leads, attend sales meetings, conduct site surveys, prepare BOQs, write project proposals, prepare bids for tenders, negotiate supply contracts, supervise installations, and collection of payments from customers.

Job Description:

  • Carry out the sales function on Telecoms and Electronic Security solutions.
  • Undertake sales planning by placing potential customers into demographics.
  • Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities.
  • Analyse customer needs by conducting market research.
  • Create leads for Telecoms and Electronic Security solutions.
  • Attend and carry out convincing sales presentations.
  • To conduct site surveys so as to ascertain implementation plan.
  • Accurately design customised solution that meets customer’s requirements.
  • Identify the right overseas supply partner for solution required by the customer.
  • Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
  • Prepare detailed and professionally done project proposals.
  • Prepare tender bids that meet the minimum PRAZ requirements.
  • Carry out supply contract negotiations.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers secured and company supply partners
  • Set up and manage company trade/road shows.

Required Qualifications and Experience:- 

  • Degree/ Diploma in Telecoms/MIS/Electronics Engineering
  • Degree/Diploma Marketing/Sales
  • Minimum 5 years’ of installation and maintenance of Telecoms and Electronic Security devices.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience on Telecoms and Electronic Security products.
  • A class 4 driver’s license with a minimum of 5 years
  • Be above 30 and below 50 ages.

An Equivalent qualification and technical sales experience ICT will be considered.
